Returns & Terms

Please contact us at gabby@boutiquebird.co.uk or call us on 01797 22 99 27 to let us know you wish to return an item, we will do everything we can to assist you with your return. Please quote your Boutique Bird transaction reference (this can be found on your original receipt email). This does not affect your statutory rights.

In line with the Distance Selling Regulations, you can return any item within 28 days of receipt for a refund of that item or to exchange it for a different size or colour subject to availability. Refunds will be made within 14 days or your item being received at Bird. Refunds can only be made to the card used for purchase.

Please note that in the interests of hygiene, all underwear and pierced earrings cannot be returned unless faulty.

Please note that postage will not be refunded in the event of an order being returned.

In all cases, the items returned must be in their original condition, which includes any packaging. All goods will be inspected on return.

In the event of a return the goods are your responsibility until they reach us, we advice using a registered postal service. Please ensure you package your return correctly to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
